Community Recreation Ground report:
General maintenance continuing.
General Business:
A suggestion an air compressor is required to clean mowers after use and keep tyres inflated.
Moved Irene Holloway sec Dick Voss a compressor be purchased.
Moved Kerry Parker sec Irene Holloway Dick Voss purchase compressor plus extension cord - $300.00 limit.
General discussion re toilet upgrade
No hot water to be added hand basin
Vanity to suit plumbing
Perhaps hand rail in one toilet to help elderly and disabled persons
Pump to be moved outside.
Tiles to be slate coloured, large tiles.
July through to September Hall will not be available for use because of work being carried out, particularly due to asbestos removal.
Auction
Wendy Griffiths outlined plans for Auction on 27th June 2010
BBQ lunch to be provided by Community Association contact Irene Holloway for information.
Wendy Griffiths voiced concern re the Large object hole at tip, suggestions this is cleaned up flattened out and provision made for depositing of large rubbish on a flat surface.
Concern the existing trees may be destroyed if left much longer before rubbish is removed
